Returns
We do everything in our power to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers and understand that on occasion you may wish to return unsuitable items.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after your delivery.
We do not offer exchanges.
All returned items are processed individually and any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware it may take 5-7 working days for your return to be processed and up to 3 working days for the funds to appear within your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Once received all items are inspected by our Returns Manager and must be returned with the barcode tags intact and in the original packaging. We can not offer refunds on any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition. We also will not offer a refund for any items returned to us without swing-tags and the original packaging. If you want to return goods claiming they are defective, you must contact us before sending the products back. We will examine the garments and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process your refund as soon as possible.

Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s. Please note that we do not allow customers to return their orders/parcels to our returns address themselves in person.
Please Note:
- If an exchange is wanted for a more expensive or cheaper item, we will not process an exchange. Your item will be refunded.
- The return shipment for returns and exchanges will be paid for by the customer. Exceptions include faulty products, you must not send these items back to us of your own accord. We can not refund you for any shipping fees incurred for sending any items back to us, including faulty items.
- If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.
- All orders received through us are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working day of receiving the order. Your goods will usually be with you within two to three working days from the dispatch date for the UK. 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
- Although we can send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance we cannot refund carriage charges levied.
- All our postal services offered are reflected at the current postage rates and any promotions we may offer from time to time. These can change at any point without prior notification.
