1. Where are you clothes made?

All of our products are currently made in Turkey.

We choose our factories based on their quality and ethical standards. All of our factories are fully compliant and audited to ensure that all of our products are ethically made and comply with labor laws. As a brand, we are on a journey to explore sustainable processes so it is imperative that our factories partner with us and incorporate the latest innovative technologies to ensure that we can grow into being more sustainable as a brand. Currently within our range we feature products which are made from 100% Organic cottons.

Our factories are certified to produce organic products.Our warehouse is based in the United Kingdom to ensure that logistically we can be as efficient as possible. This also reduces our carbon footprint.

2. Is your packing sustainable and recyclable?

Our polybags and swing tickets are made from biodegradable materials. The best place to dispose of these would be in a food waste recycling bin or a garden compost bin. 

3. Will you expand your product ranges in the future?

We will expand into further product areas throughout future seasons.

4. How do you decide the product prices for your products?

We are a luxury brand delivering quality goods, and our prices are determined by the cost to make the garment, the fabrics used and workmanship.

5. What is organic cotton?

Organic cotton is sustainable and significantly better for the environment as it is made without harmful chemicals, compared to your standard cotton fibres. Organic cotton is made from natural seeds which are kinder and softer to the skin.

6. How can I find information about new products and collections?

7. What size should I order?

Our women’s clothing is made true to size. The unisex pieces are oversized.

8. How should I wash my items?

You will find washing and ironing instructions on the wash care labels. These can be found in the interior of each garment.

10. How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email or text when your order has been shipped with your tracking number included. For more delivery information, click here.

11. How do I return my order?

There will be a returns form in your order that you will need to fill out and send back to us. You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of your return, unless there has been a mistake on Foolish’s part, in which case the shipping cost to return the order will be reimbursed via your bank or Paypal. 12. How long does a refund take when I have returned my order?

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email and/or text notification that your refund has been processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 14 days to process your full refund depending on your bank. 13. How do I contact customer service?

The best way to contact customer service is to email us at info@wearefoolish.co.uk. Our customer care team work 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, so evenings and weekends will take us a little longer. In addition, it may take us a little longer to answer your enquiry during busy periods such as Black Friday.
